Our Chief Energy Officer, Leeroy, is the guy who brings the buzz to every client interaction. With boundless energy and a talkative charm, he makes sure our clients feel heard, supported, and part of the FITS family. No question is too big, no detail too small. He’s always on it.
When he’s off the clock, Leeroy channels that energy into hitting the gym and Hyrox challenges, enjoying holidays in Plett, or chasing birdies on the golf course.

Keeping the numbers in check and the accounts running smoothly, Natasha is the financial heartbeat of our team. With 15 years of experience in accounting, she ensures everything adds up, so our clients never have to worry about the details. When she’s not balancing books, Natasha unwinds with her favourite TV shows or gets creative with DIY arts and crafts.

At the heart of our operations, Tenika is the ultimate Captain of Multitasking, keeping the office running like a well-oiled machine and making sure Juan stays on top of his game. As FITS’ trusted assistant, she’s the glue that holds everything together. When she’s not orchestrating office efficiency, Tenika lets her creativity flow through drawing and finds peace in the wide-open beauty of the Bushveld.

Lee is our Chaos Coordinator, the friendly voice keeping our techs on schedule and our clients in the loop. From booking appointments to juggling requests, she makes sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
